Add Tag Browser to Page

The Tag Browser lists all the tags used in the system, including documents that are tagged.

 
Add a Tag Browser to a portal page in the Page Designer by dragging a Tag Browser component, found in the Components panel’s Basic category, to the workspace. 

Example

In the example, we will:

  1. Create a portal page.
  2. Add a Tag Browser to it.
  3. View the tag browser in action.
To begin, we navigate to a designer project folder and click the Create Portal Page button.
 
 
We give the page a name and click OK.
 

In the Page Designer, in the Components panel, under the Basic category, we drag a Tag Browser component to the workspace.

We save the page and close the Page Designer.
 
We select the new page’s thumbnail, and select View > Preview Page from its Action menu.

All of the tags used in the system display at the top of the page. We click a tag. . .

. . . and a list of all entities associated with that tag displays.
