Setting Up Email Response Job

An Email Response Job is used for handing email responses to assigned forms. For an explanation of how to configure email responses to assignments, please see Handling Task Assignment Via Email Response or Embedded Links.



Under System > Jobs And Events > Scheduled Jobs click Add Scheduled Job and select Email Response Job. Click Next.
Enter the email server and account settings for the email box you want to monitor for email responses.


On the next screen, if you want to you can configure some error handling flows. Or if you don’t want to, you can leave these fields blank.
