To let somebody directly access to the Portal Folder, we can use Send Designer Folder URL in Email option from Folder’s Actions.
Example:
Navigate to the desirable Designer Folder and pick Send Designer Folder URL in Email option from Folder’s Actions > Manage Menu.
In the resulting Send Portal Url window we fill in To and Subject fields and click Ok.
Next, the intended receiver gets and Email with the link to the Portal Folder.
And this link gets our receiver to the Designer Folder…
