This video will guide you through setting the maximum and minimum resolution at which a page will be displayed.
EXAMPLE
To begin, choose any folder from the “Folders” list at the left-hand side of the screen. Click the “Actions” menu at the upper-right corner of the screen. Mouse over “Manage” and choose “Page: Create New Page” from the list.
In the Page Editor Pop up enter a Title for the page and click “Ok.”
Add components as necessary. In the video we add a simple report viewer by navigating to the Toolbox panel and expanding the Reports Section and selecting the Report Viewer component and dragging it to the page designer.
Save the page and close the designer.
The page will appear as a tab at the top of the screen. Click the tab to view the page.
To change the resolution settings, click the “Actions” menu at the upper-right corner of the screen. Scroll to the very bottom of the list to find the “Actions” section. Mouse over “Manage” and choose “Set Maximum Display Resolution” to change the maximum resolution at which the page will be displayed.
In the video we change it from 10,000 to 1,000.This causes the page to no longer be visible If you have a page that only shows a chart, for example, you can have the page size to the chart size using the set resolution. Repeat the steps and set maximum resolution to 10,000 to cause the page’s tab to reappear at the top of the screen. You may also choose to alter the minimum resolution required for display.
