Enabling and Disabling Events

Last Updated: 12/03/2015 Introduced in Verision: 2.0

After an event has been created, you can stop it from running by disabling it. The event and its configuration details are still available, but the event will not run until it is enabled again.

When an event is selected in the folder data panel, an event’s enabled or disabled status displays below the event in the event’s details.

To disable an event, navigate to the folder System > Jobs and Events > Events, select the event and select Disable Event in the entity actions menu in the lower right. To enable the event, select Enable Event

Example

In the example, disable an event, then enable it.
