Browse Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base is a repository of articles that can be organized, shared, and searched.


In the example, we filter , search, and browse Knowledge Base.

To begin, we navigate to the folder Knowledge Base.



To view the full text of an article, we click the article.



To view details about the article and the actions we can take on it, we click the Details and Actions link.



To close the article, we click Close.

To search for an article, we click the magnifying glass icon at the top-right corner of the workspace.



Search options include keyword or article name, posted by, date range of posting, and article type.



We can apply filters by article type by clicking the filter icon to the right of the magnifying glass icon.



Under the Popular Articles heading, we view a list of articles sorted by popularity.



To access the full text of a popular article, we click the article title in the list.
