Add KB Article

The Knowledge Base is a repository of articles that can be organized, shared, and searched. To add an article to the Knowledge Base, navigate to the Knowledge Base folder and, in the Actions menu, select Create Article.


We will first navigate to the Knowledge Base folder.



Next, we will click the Actions button to the right of the address bar. In the Actions menu, we will click Create Article.



In the resulting Create Article pop-up, we will define the properties of our new article. In the Title field, we will type “Creating First Article”. In the Description field, we will type the text of our new article. To save our new article, we will click OK.



Our new article – Creating First Article – will appear in the Knowledge Base folder.
