Access Document from its URL

Documents stored in the platform can be accessed using the document’s URL.

To access the URL, select the document name in the folder data panel, then select Manage > Show Document URL in the entity actions menu in the lower right.

Example

To begin, we navigate to the root folder that contains the document. We select the document name in the folder data panel, then select Manage > Show Document URL from the entity actions menu in the lower right.

The document’s URL displays in the Document Direct URL pop-up.
To copy the URL, we select it and press Ctrl-C, then click OK to close the pop-up.

Next, we open a browser and paste the document’s URL into the address bar.

Once we press Enter, the document is downloaded.
